ACAP (Atlantic Coastal Action Program) Humber Arm Inc. is a not-for-profit organization serving the Bay of Islands and Humber Valley coastal regions of western Newfoundland. The Association is governed by a volunteer board of director’s representing a diverse range of stakeholders from the fields of academia, government, first nations, industry, economic development and the community at large.
